I celebrated my 40th birthday here with my family and friends, and this place exceeded every expectation I didn't even know I had.The cabin is whimsical and beautifully curated, you can tell the owners put real thought and heart into every detail. It doesn't feel like a rental. It feels like somewhere special. We pulled onto the 20 quiet acres and immediately exhaled. I even cried because I was so excited with every little thing I saw as Icame down the driveway. The amenities are genuinely fun: the UTV, the hot tub, the jukebox, and the owners trust you to enjoy all of it, which says everything about the kind of hosts they are. Communication was prompt and easy from booking through checkout. They clearly care about the experience, not just the transaction.We had an absolute blast. Unforgettable memories made. This is the kind of place you talk about long after you've gone home (and we are) and then you start planning your return trip.10/10. Will be back.

This is our third year to have our family gathering at Angeltom and we hope to come back again next year. Our kids and grandkids always look forward to going because of all of the space to explore the grounds on the 4 wheel mule, not to mention fishing. We are always looking for a great place to get away for the weekend with the kids and grandkids. While getting to the coast for swimming and fishing is our go to, we needed someplace closer to home and after searching for a family friendly spot settled on Angeltom Cabin & RV. It did not disappoint and we will definitely be back when we need a quick getaway.It would be hard to do justice to all the activities for the kids but it kept them entertained all weekend and off the electronics. We spent 90% of the time outdoors, hiking, fishing, exploring and four wheeling – incredibly relaxing and peacefule. We were a little worried about the weather holding up, since it called for storms all weekend, but it ended up perfect with the occasional sprinkle and nice breeze that kept the mosquitoes away.The host’s are incredibly helpful, provided great information on the site and surrounding area and want to make sure the visit goes well. We made memories of a lifetime this past weekend and will be making this one of our preferred vacation spots. We did a lot but I know we did not get to enjoy everything the location has to offer so maybe more exploring and less fishing for me next time.

This place was great, plenty to do! Plenty of fun all around! No problems with ac or anything house wise. The 13 of us stayed comfortably and had lots of fun grilling and catfishing on the dock. Hope to be back!

A small cabin in the woods, 20 acres of Texas woods, surrounded by nature , and a travel trailer for extra guests. Whether it’s a family getaway, the MS 150 race, or the antique show, you'll be amazed at the trees and tranquility!

As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted with a country-style cabin. 1 bedroom and a loft with 2 separate bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and travel trailer (RV) for extra guests.

Our paradise offers a 2-level deck with a boat ramp over a stocked pond, a treehouse, and a swing/play place with a life-size 8-foot-long Sinclair green dinosaur for the little ones to enjoy.

For nature lovers, a hiking trail or tractor ride lined with antiques and other surprises winds around the property.

At night our guests will enjoy stargazing over the campfire.

12 miles north of La Grange, ~90 minutes away from Houston, Austin, or San Antonio. 25 minutes away from Round Top Antique Show.

Close enough to the city, yet private and peaceful. Enjoy country living and nature up close.

Can accommodate > 16 people ! 4 full bath .

Angeltom cabin & RV guest information-

ANGELTOM CABIN HOUSE RULES:
•Respect the property and keep the facility clean.
•No smoking. (Complimentary bottled water and house sandals provided).
•Fill out checklist and inventory within 2 hours of arrival; text/email a copy to Angelina.
•Sign rental agreement if necessary.
•> 6 guests , extra $ 15 / day charge .
•Property and equipments must be left to original condition the same way when you arrive .
•Angeltom Cabin has the right to charge for any damages incurred by guest’s during their stay.
•No open flames except for designated area( camp fire pit and fire place).
•Life vest required for boating especially non swimmer ( provided) .
•No firearm discharged allowed in the property .
•Use amenities such as UTV, mini tractor, boat, jacuzzi/spa, etc. at your own discretion. Use of amenities such as UTV, mini tractor, boat, jacuzzi/spa, etc. is for adult only and/or with adult supervision and is at your own risk.
