Two bedrooms featuring a king and a queen bed, plus a living room with a comfy sofa bed and if needed a single rollaway, there’s plenty of space for guests to spread out. For families with young ones, a pack and play is also available for use. Amenities include two full bathrooms, AC and heat, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a working fireplace (wood stove) for those colder nights. The property is completely fenced for your privacy. Whether you are in the area for the local breweries, distilleries, wineries or shopping, this little country house is the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Located 25 miles from Warrenton and the antiques shops. Situated at the front of a working ranch you will be able to view horses and cattle, not to mention wild turkey and deer. There is outdoor seating on the front porch and under the oak trees by the fire pit perfect for stargazing. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything La Grange and our farmhouse has to offer.

While this farmhouse was built in 2024, the house is situated on a property that has been in Gail’s family since the 1800s. This is a working ranch. We live on the west side of the property (not close to the guest house for your privacy). You may be able to see cattle, horse and a variety of wildlife that we enjoy everyday.
