Everything was top notch. Easy check in and prompt communication with the host. The beds are very comfortable. I love the large walk in shower. It’s very close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at this Vrbo! Pet friendly – our furry friend was welcomed right along with us. Cold A/C – a lifesaver in the Texas heat. Plenty of hot water – no fighting over showers! Super clean – everything was fresh, including the beds and pillows. Comfy beds – slept like a dream every night. Lots of parking – no stress about squeezing in. Perfect location – close to everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a place that truly feels like home away from home!

Bastrop is a great historic town! Staying so close to town was nice. Initially, it was a little hard to be sure the house was the right one, there was no house number and an old truck parked in the carport and old mail hanging out of the mail box by the front door. However, once we figured it out and got inside of the house it was nice and air-conditioned and the bedrooms were clean. We would stay there again if we are back in the area. The host was very responsive and kind.

Very comfortable and clean. Only 3 real issues: there was no remote for the tv, so effectively you couldn’t watch it. The door on the hallway bathroom didn’t lock. The coffee pot overflowed with grounds if you made a full pot of coffee.

I’m unsure where the remote walked off to but I have a replacement on order. I’ll check out the issue with the coffee pot. I know how frustrating that can be. We can look into adding locks to the bathroom as well. Thanks for your feedback and we appreciate your honesty. Safe travels!
