This East Nashville single family home is 1200sqft and very spacious with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well a separate office room. One bedroom has a King size bed, and access to their own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Full size bed. The living room open concept overlooks the kitchen and dining room area. The home has a small exercise machine in one of the rooms as well as a large fenced in back yard, grill area and fire pit. There are 2 dedicated parking spots in the private driveway.
