"This was the perfect getaway for our family vacation! Booking was quick and easy, the owner was prompt and thorough with all of our questions. The house was clean, stocked and well maintained. The owner allowed us to checkout later so my 15 month old could nap before the long flight home, which was a life saver for us :) We utilized the pool daily and never had any issues! The resort was amazing. We LOVED the splash pad, waterslide and pool--- the water was so warm! We took daily walks around the resort, to the playground and to the courtyard to sit outside. The house is in a great location; close to grocery stores, restaurants and gift shops. Would stay again for sure!"

  • Excellent Modern Townhome - LOVED It!!!

"We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times and this is our favorite town home yet. Windsor Hills is 15 mins to Disney and with so many places to eat on the 192 it is a perfect location, with walmart being build at the end of the road adding to the convenience! This townhome is so modern compared to others and a real home from home. Everything we needed and more. The beds were SUPER comfy and bedding of nice quality too. The weather has been hot, hot, hot, so the pool has had plenty of use and the ability to slide the doors back with no pool alarm was a HUGE plus for us. When we plan to come back we will look this to book this villa again."

  • Clean, comfortable and convenient.

"We just got back from our stay at 7745 Basnett Circle. The house was everything we hoped for and the pictures are exactly what you encounter when you enter each room. We had a family of 10, including our daughters and their spouses and our 4 grand children ages 4, 3, 2 and 8 months. The children loved their theme rooms. We video taped their reactions when entering their room and it was breathtaking. They also enjoyed the playroom and the toys and spent a lot of the time playing there. It would be nice to get an AC unit in the playroom because the fan is not enough to keep this room cool. The kitchen was well equipped and we saved a lot of money by making breakfast and dinners at the house and only eating lunch at the parks. We loved that all the rooms for the adults had king sized beds. That was a plus. Also there is a Queen sized bed downstairs if you have an elderly couple that doesn't want to use the stairs. We didn't use that room but it's good to have if we took my mother who is 88. We also loved that the parks were just minutes away. We got to Epcot in 10 minutes and to Magic Kingdom in 15 minutes. The only thing we didn't like was that the pool heater must have been set low because the pool was not warm enough and we ended up using the Jacuzzi which was warmer. Also the 10 o'clock check out time is too early and we felt very stressed trying to get the kids fed, everything washed and cleaned afterwards and hurrying to get out on time. The kids were tired because we stayed late at the parks the night before and we had to wake them up and they were cranky and added to our stress. This sort of ruined the good times we had because of we felt very rushed and to stay longer they would charge us 1/2 a day rent which was also ridiculous. I do recommend this house, to all my friends and family and to all of you out there. You definitely feel at home away from home."

  • Everything as advertised. Clean and comfortable

"Everything was as advertised. The Caroline and Joe were easy to work with and provided the door code when they said they would. Very quick to respond to a couple questions I had upon arrival. The home was clean, and comfortable. Very close to Disney. My 4 year old daughter loved the characters painted on the walls throughout and especially in the kids room. She also enjoyed the community pool on the nights we weren't in a park. Target and Publix are just a few miles away and a Walmart is being built within a mile (at the corner of 192 and N Old Lake Wilson Rd). Pizza pans in the kitchen would be nice, but hardly constitutes a complaint and didn't negatively affect our experience (broiler pan worked well enough). Bring extra paper products if you are staying for more than a day or two. This was well worth the money and we would definitely consider renting here again."
