Really nice property in a very quiet area. The property is small but perfect for one or two people. The host is very nice and the property is well-maintained. Had issues with the stovetop and someone was there within 10 minutes to help. Only downfall which is not their fault is the water in south florida is VERY yellow and a bit concerning when washing dishes. Otherwise, an excellent stay!

The apartment is conveniently located to restaurants and services, and the enclosed patio is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the unit was lacking in what we consider standard items in a Vrbo. There were no luggage racks, no side tables or reading lamps by the bed, no extra blanket, the toaster didn’t work, the toaster oven didn’t work, no hand soap by the kitchen sink, the toilet wasn’t securely attached, no shades on the living room windows (for sense of security), the shower drain was plugged.
