Every thing was great! Communication with the owner was great as well. There was a small electrical issue that was taken care of quickly. Plenty of room for our large family. The location was close to the city were our event was scheduled. We would definitely stay there again.
The property was old but clean. We were surprised that there were people living upstairs. That was not in the description. There were suppised to be 10 of us but only 6 ended up staying there. It was perfect for what we needed.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The upstairs units are clean, but the kitchen and dishes were a bit dusty and needed to be washed. The basement does not have AC — there is a dehumidifier, but due to poor air circulation, mold is growing on the walls. There was also a leak that made it hazardous to walk, and one of my guests slipped and fell even after we tried to clean up the water. They only refunded me for one night and not even half of the cleaning fee, despite our shortened stay. Additionally, I left a JBL speaker in the garage, and the tenants upstairs took it. I would not recommend staying here.

Response from VrboOwner on Apr 12, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. Our team responded promptly at the time to assess the situation and address the water intrusion. Since then, the owners have taken further action by installing a full basement waterproofing system to ensure this does not occur again.
Regarding the missing speaker, we did not find any evidence to support that it was taken by the tenant. She is a long-term resident with a strong track record, and there have been no prior concerns.
While we always strive to provide a welcoming experience for our guests, we are unable to host you again following a subsequent stay at another of our properties that resulted in a significant unauthorized gathering requiring police intervention.
We appreciate your understanding and wish you the best in your future travels.
