This beautifully updated 3rd floor condominium has space for your family to enjoy everything the Lake Erie Islands have to offer!
- There is no elevator at this property.
- Two bedrooms and a loft, that is accessed by a ladder, provide three beds (2 queen/1 full). All bed linens are provided. Both bedrooms have ample clothing storage. All three areas have a television with WiFi access and/cable television.
- Two full bathrooms equipped with toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer and fresh towels. Washer and dryer can be found in one of the bathrooms (laundry soap provided).
- The kitchen includes all the tools you need to whip up breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Keurig coffee maker is available as well as a full size refrigerator and a beverage refrigerator. The kitchen island offers four swivel chairs.
- The family room has a dual reclining couch and two swivel chairs. The 50” television is connected to cable and also has WiFi.
- Off the family room is a full balcony with table and chairs, which overlooks the Portage River and Harborside Marina. The sunset views from this top floor corner unit are spectacular!
- The Harborside Complex offers a heated pool and hot tub (Memorial Day through Labor Day) as well as lounge chairs, gas and charcoal grills, picnic tables, pavilion and ample covered or open seating. There is also a poolside bathroom and kids play area.
- The Harborside Marina, available only to residents and guests of the property, provides a 30ft dock and electric hook up.
- Port Clinton is the “walleye capital of the world” and has numerous fishing charters available. This property is walking distance to the Jet Express that provides ferry service to Put In Bay. Also within walking distance is the downtown entertainment district, host to numerous bars and restaurants with live entertainment.
- Doc’s Beach Bar with beach access is a 5 minute walk from the condominium.
- There are so many attractions within a short drive that the entire family will enjoy. Those include Cedar Point, African Safari, Marblehead Lighthouse, Port Clinton Lighthouse, Wineries, Fast Eddie’s Sports Park, The Watering Hole Safari and Water Park, Ferry access to Kelley’s Island, Put In Bay and Middle Bass Island just to name a few.
