Let me start by stating that the condo property was lovely with a beautiful outdoor pool and private beach and great access to many restaurants, wineries and the ferry. The individual condo unit itself had a beachy feel, was beautiful, clean and kept up very nicely. The issues we encountered for our ladies' trip is the AC didn't work effectively resulting in the condo being muggy and hot including the front bedroom which didn't receive any airflow at all from the AC unit located off the main living room. The 2 pull out couches were uncomfortable to sleep on the larger of the 2 pull out mattresses caved in on the middle and the other one was very thin. My suggestions for the owner would be to purchase 2 new pull out bed mattresses if continuing to rent the unit out to guests and for the AC to be fixed/updated. I would have given 5 stars if the AC worked well and the mattresses were comfortable.
