Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, right off the 10fwy. Your options will be endless with many restaurants and stores to choose from.
The house is 3.5 miles away from the National Orange Show event center.

The space
Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, a comfy recliner couch, Bathroom is basic with stand up shower equipped with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the kitchen, you’ll find basic cooking utensils, pots, pans and all basic needs (just please cleaning up after yourself. This home is listed as a guest house but is basically located at the front of the property with its own driveway. In the back houses there are long term tenants.

Guests have access private driveway, front yard… I’m terribly sorry but NO backyard access until I’m able to fence it up in the near future.

The house was super clean and organized perfect size for small family, two rooms perfect equipped for whatever needs when you travel excellent size kitchen if you cooking in your stay, in general we are happy and satisfied with our stay yes we highly recommend it.

Perfect little place

This little house worked perfectly for a family trip. My husband and I and our daughter and her husband were visiting our son and family who live in Riverside. The neighborhood is a little rough but the property has a large iron gate and lock to keep your car, kids and dogs safe. I really appreciated that! It was very clean with quality furniture and a nice coffee table on which to play Uno (included). We’ll be staying here again.
