Very convenient location, close to downtown, family friendly, dog friendly with fenced in backyard. Surrounding area is not the best but the street seemed good and never felt unsafe at all. Beds were comfortable, house was clean.

We appreciated the convenient location of this home—it made it easy to get to several places during our trip.There are a few things future guests may want to be aware of. There were some maintenance concerns, including a cabinet door near the stove that came loose during our stay. Additionally, there is a noticeable hole near the curb in front of the home that could be a safety concern if not clearly marked or addressed.Privacy was also a consideration, as the guest bathroom window (and kitchen window over the sink) allow for visible sight lines from outside. Adding window coverings would make a big difference for comfort.A few small updates—such as consistent, easy-to-use TVs and bedside tables/lamps in each bedroom—would further improve the guest experience.

We came to Atlanta for a Falcons game. The location is close to the stadium which is why we picked it. The neighborhood isn’t particularly walkable. Not much is near by. The house is close to a bus stop and Lyft, Door Dash helped out.

I really enjoyed my stay! It was easy finding my way around; house had all things needed for stay. The host was very quick to respond to any little inconvenience I had and did not make me feel like a bother at all! Overall, this will always be where I stay in Atlanta.

What a great find in the heart of Atlanta! We were in town for the NFL game and it was an easy walk from this comfortable home to the stadium and back. The neighborhood was quiet, the fenced yard was a HUGE plus for us as we always travel with our dogs and Jamarc was a very communicative host!! Definitely recommend if you need a place to rest your head in the Westside!
