Not nearly as clean as I expected, bathrooms mainly! Definitely needs a good deep clean throughout. Linens were clean and beds comfy. Not a bad area and cute place

The house was very cute! Everything was clean and well decorated. The fenced in backyard is such a great part of the house, both as additional room to hang out and a place for our dog to run around. The beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious. If you plan to good I would recommend bringing some cooking utensils. That was the only part that I felt was a little lacking.

Very convenient location, close to downtown, family friendly, dog friendly with fenced in backyard. Surrounding area is not the best but the street seemed good and never felt unsafe at all. Beds were comfortable, house was clean.

The good: The home looks like the pictures. The house is in a great location close to the AUC, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and the Ashby train station. The neighborhood is friendly and active. Students were walking to the nearby high school and it seemed safe. The listing is accurate regarding the number of rooms, bathrooms, and outside spaces. There is a fully stocked laundry room with laundry machines. The mattresses were soft and the host did not require us to strip beds or anything like that. He just required us to clean up after ourselves and keep the home tidy. There are plenty of blankets to use. Lots of fans. Plenty of kitchen tools.The bad: The home needs a deep clean. The toilet in the big room was having difficulties flushing. Bed in smallest room is unstable. The front door is off centered and we were having difficulty opening the door as well as difficulty with using the keypad to lock the door because of the misalignment of the door. The neighborhood is active late into the night. The neighbors were outside often and although they weren’t talking very loudly, their conversations could still be heard from inside the home late at night which was disruptive.

Great day the house was very roomy and had everything we needed was an amazing location due to the fact that it was very close to the city about 8 to 10 minutes and made commuting very simple would recommend and would come again thank you for all your help and quick response

What a great find in the heart of Atlanta! We were in town for the NFL game and it was an easy walk from this comfortable home to the stadium and back. The neighborhood was quiet, the fenced yard was a HUGE plus for us as we always travel with our dogs and Jamarc was a very communicative host!! Definitely recommend if you need a place to rest your head in the Westside!

Cozy, clean, relaxing

I really enjoyed my stay! It was easy finding my way around; house had all things needed for stay. The host was very quick to respond to any little inconvenience I had and did not make me feel like a bother at all! Overall, this will always be where I stay in Atlanta.

All instructions were very clear and super low maintenance. The house was literally down the street from my daughter's dorm, which was super convenient. The host was very responsive as well. When I come to visit my daughter, I'll keep this place in mind.

We came to Atlanta for a Falcons game. The location is close to the stadium which is why we picked it. The neighborhood isn’t particularly walkable. Not much is near by. The house is close to a bus stop and Lyft, Door Dash helped out.

We appreciated the convenient location of this home—it made it easy to get to several places during our trip.There are a few things future guests may want to be aware of. There were some maintenance concerns, including a cabinet door near the stove that came loose during our stay. Additionally, there is a noticeable hole near the curb in front of the home that could be a safety concern if not clearly marked or addressed.Privacy was also a consideration, as the guest bathroom window (and kitchen window over the sink) allow for visible sight lines from outside. Adding window coverings would make a big difference for comfort.A few small updates—such as consistent, easy-to-use TVs and bedside tables/lamps in each bedroom—would further improve the guest experience.
