We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedrooms. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house(Backyard is the only designated smoking area)
