-No smoking in the unit, in the elevators or any covered common area -No pets are allowed in the unit -No parties or events on the premises -Please observe quiet hours of: Sun-Thurs 9pm-7am Friday 10pm-7am Saturday 10pm-9am -Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed. -A mail key is not included in this listing, please have any mail or packages delivered to the nearest post office -Please keep the door closed when you are not present in the unit. -No items can be stored or left outside the unit, or hung off of any of the railings -Guest must register with the resident manager within 7 days of arrival -Please leave the Condo keys (3) in the lockbox when you check out. A fine of $200 will be passed on to the guest per lost key. -A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.
Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities.
