The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all used towels on top of the washer/dryer. Place the used bedding in the laundry bins that are located in each bedroom closet
Please turn off all lights, heaters/air conditioner and close all of the blinds and curtains.
Please bring all trash out to the shared dumpster located across from the garage. Please break down any boxes you may have prior to throwing away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours 10PM to 7AM Noise travels easily and we require that our guests be respectful of the full-time residents that live nearby.
Please be respectful of the golfers and stay off of the course at all times, unless you are a paid player.
There is no swimming or fishing allowed in the pond. It is strictly for viewing pleasure. Please do not enter or try to retrieve any golf balls.

This property was perfect with its access to golf, the lake, the pool, etc. the hosts were very responsive and made the condo very welcoming. We hope to be back and stay longer to explore the area. It was a quick drive to Silverwood.

Wonderful location and beautiful home!

Twin Lakes Village is a warm and inviting community. Golf, pickle ball, biking, tennis, and friendly people. The condo was open, we could fit several people inside or out for visiting. Beds and linens are comfy, I would stay again if they weren't already booked!

Incredible Setting!

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew this was a special place. A bank of windows overlook a lovely pond with the biggest fish in it! The golf course is on the far side of the water with a beautiful lawn right off the patio. The decor is very well designed and gives a peaceful feeling immediately. The community is very charming, a place we could see ourselves living in!

Spectacular! Book it, don't wait!

We took a chance when it was a new listing with no reviews, a little scary, but best decision ever! You can tell as soon as you walk in the door that Kyle and Tara put much thought and care into their new venture. SPOTLESS and EQUIPPED like no other. Most places we are lucky to get salt, pepper and a couple rolls of toilet paper. Their condo has everything and lots of it! The condo is so full of light with beautiful decor. We enjoyed being out on the patio by the pond with the waterfall and fountain watching the golfers on the 15th tee just beyond. You can also feed the Trout in the pond, they go wild!They even check after the cleaners leave to make sure it's done to their standards. That says a lot! Oh, and a specialized welcome basket of goodies, how thoughtful is that? Book it asap if you can! This is going to be a popular place. Many thanks to you both for such a great experience.

We love being hosts because it gives us a chance to share a beautiful space with people from all over the country and give them a beautiful place to stay while they are away from their homes. We strive to make all of our guests feel like they are in a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We chose to be out at Twin Lakes Village because it is a place that is near and dear to us. We have both had the pleasure of working at the golf course in the past and always knew that if we had the opportunity to purchase a condo out here, we would not pass that up, especially on the signature 15th Hole with an amazing view. The neighbors are wonderful and the area is just a beautiful place to live.

What makes this property unique

Aspen Villa is unique as it has no steps to worry about and is all located on one level. There is an amazing patio out back to be able to enjoy yourselves with an Amazing View.
