The place was clean and in excellent shape. Very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with what was needed, and the bathrooms all had fresh towels, etc. Bedding was good, above average for a ski condo. Pool was a 2-minute walk. Would stay there again, summer or winter.

The house was amazing & we loved the property. I paid for king conversion and it was not done so they did refund me. Our WiFi was pit the majority of the stay even after restarting multiple times. Communication was hard and slim to none. I got 2 different check in codes and had to call upon arrival because the code emailed to me wasn't working but that is because they did a different code.

What a perfect condo for our family of seven. Grandma and grandpa in one room, mom and dad in another and the three boys in the third bedroom. Three bathrooms made it ideal.- no waiting. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and there were plenty of glasses plate plates, and cooking utensils.Being right on the shuttle route was also perfect. We highly recommend your condo. Thank you for anticipating all our needs.

We had a perfect family vacation staying at this property as our base while we roamed Teton Park and Yellowstone during the day. Teton Village is the perfect location to access the park while still having access to restaurants without the crowds of downtown Jackson. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and a kitchen that was easy to cook dinners in.

I am so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to your expectations, going in. That is not what we strive for! Because the property is used so much, I know that carpets and rugs and furnishings can surely take a beating throughout the busy seasons and at the end of the seasons there are usually things that get replaced. I'll be relaying your message to the appropriate managers so that they can get these items you brought up fixed, replaced and cleaned. The firewood policy for the property was changed by the HOA right before your stay and now requires renters to provide their own firewood instead of the supply being provided at the condo. We will make this clear to future guests.

Wonderful accommodations for a family attending a wedding near the village. We walked to the shops several times during our 4 night stay. Loved the fully equipped kitchen though we never touched the stove or oven. Thank you!
