ツェルダキアの絵のように美しい地域に位置するヴィラマレーナは、1500平方メートルの広大な土地に建てられています。 リラックスした静かな休日を提供します。 パロス島を探索するのに理想的な場所にあるヴィラは、ナクソス島とヘラクレア島に面した島の南東海岸に位置し、明るい日にはシキノス島、イオス島、フォレガンドロス島を見ることができます！

ヴィラは4〜6人の快適で快適な滞在を提供できます。 2〜3人の子供がいる家族（1階の部屋に1つのベッドを追加できます）、2つのカップル、または友人のグループに最適です。
その建築様式は、キクラデスの美学に適合しています！ 平らな屋根、木製色のドア、青い色の窓がある立方体の家は、伝統的なスタイルの主な特徴を反映しています！

ヴィラは2つの異なるレベルで構築されています！
シンプルでありながら上品な内装の2つのベッドルームには、素晴らしい海の景色が広がります。 上階の主寝室にはダブルベッドと専用バスルームがあります。 バルコニーのドアは、エーゲ海とナクソス島とヘラクレア島を望む小さなベランダにつながっています。
1階には外部階段があり、そこでアトリウムが1階の寝室とキッチンを結び付けています。 この寝室にはダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台があり、床にはバスルームがあり、屋外エリアに直接アクセスできます。 美しい海の景色を望むアトリウムは、誰かが朝食または昼食をとることができる家のエリアであり、正午の居心地の良いシエスタに最適な2つのベッドがあります！

This older style House was very clean & functional, with an easy check in and great location with local restaurants nearby, providing a good base to explore. The views are sensational.

We loved our stay at Maria’s beautiful property. The views are stunning and the location is ideal. Our favorite beach was less than a 5 minute walk, and there are two other great beaches within a 10-minute walk. I highly recommend. Communication with Maria was direct and fast, and we really appreciated her restaurant recommendations. Every one of them was a winner! We definitely plan a return visit and hope to stay longer!

Our stay was absolutely incredible and we were so very happy with the property and the host.Check-in was very smooth with clear directions and excellent communication, it made us feel very welcomed to the property. The property itself was clean and orderly, with many amenities available to add to our stay. The location was excellent with walking distance to beaches as well as convenient access to main roadway to explore the island!Communication with Maria was also great, she was readily available to provide suggestions and recommendations for various attractions on the island and nearby restaurants. Her recommendations were all very great!!Thank you for your time and effort making our vacation with our children fantastic!

Wonderful seaside stay

Villa Malena is a true gem. We enjoyed sea view breakfasts on the terrasse and morning swims in a small bay just 2 minutes away. Maria is a very responsive and caring host. We would love to return one day.

Wonderful place to stay

We had an amazing stay, we are a family of 5, with three girls. The views from the house are spectacular. It was clean, and had everything we needed. Maria was an amazing host, and provided us with great information about the area. Each day we took a short walk to Golden beach to swim. She suggested Autokanrental car rental and they were easy and friendly to deal with. Met us at the airport with the vehicle. We couldn’t have been happier with our 6 day stay on the island, and we plan to return again.

Wonderful stay in Paros!

The place was so cute and clean. Good size bedrooms, two separate seating areas outside and a large kitchen/eating area. Located in a quiet part of the island so we only woke up to the sun and water. Short walk to the beach and 20 minute drive to a few of the larger towns. The owner had wonderful communication with us and was available during our entire trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house by the sea

We absolutely loved the the house! The terrace overlooking the sea is simply amazing and very relaxing. House is well equipped in a very nice style. Maria is a great and friendly host who is always available for questions and advice. Would love to come back!!!

What a wonderfull place!

Very nice house with fabulous views. The sea is nearby everywhere. We only stayed for 4 nights and it was obviously too short with this splendid views and different terraces. And the communication and support of Maria is really top! The last day we had a flat tyre and also here she coordinated everything to help us. Great stay! Family Lauwers

Gorgeous views, lovely home and excellent host!

We really enjoyed our stay here and found Maria to be excellent. We arrived hungry to a delicious home cooked meal and a very clean house. The sunrise views are amazing and it is a short (but hot) walk to golden beach. There you can swim and rent paddle boards and it is a great beach for kids. Paros was fun to explore and we loved going into Náoussa for dinner. Maria was a wonderful and attentive host and we really appreciated the small touches such as fantastic homemade soaps and a great washing machine. Thank you Maria!

Beautiful Villa, Incredible Views

Our stay at Villa Malena could not have been better! The pictures don’t do justice to the amazing views or to the Villa its self! Very well decorated, well stocked and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the beautiful and functional outdoor areas for dining or relaxing. Travelling as two couples, we had plenty of room and privacy. Maria was a super host! She could not have been more helpful and was a delight to work with throughout the booking process and during our entire visit! We would definitely book this Villa again!

Best view ever

We loved staying at Villa malena also loved paros. You could sit on patio all day gazing at most incredible view. Just a few steps to best beach. Maria your home was so comfortable and you made us feel so welcome complete with wine olive oil jam tapenade and homemade spinach pie and most the best birthday cake for my husband we have ever tasted. Washer came in handy as well. We could stay there forever didn’t want to leave. Thank you again for having such a lovely home.

Fantastic House , Great view and localisation

We had a great stay in Maria s House. The view is amazing, Perfect localisation for many activities (beach/water sports for adult and Kids). We we were a Family of five and and the accomodation is great with sufficient space for each one. The House is very well designed with many places adapted to each moment of the day. Great confort , and we have very well appreciated many details offered in this house (external shower, dîner place, parking….) Maria is a great host, organising very well arrival and departure, welcoming colation and presents. Thanks for this great experience.

Amazing moment

If you love the sea - you could find a better place. The view is incredible and every morning you can watch the sun coming out above Naxos! We had amazing holidays in the villa and Maria is one of the best host I have met. She organized everything for our arrival, gave us tips along the journey for restaurants, beach, city. Maria is extremely responsive and she will be able to solve any issues. We traveled with two young kids (1 & 3 years old), the house was fully equipped and well organized with kids. We spent 2 weeks in the villa and we would have loved to spend two additional weeks !

Great stay

This villa has absolutely stunning views of the water! It was very windy during our stay so it would have been nice to have more indoor spaces to be with company. The only indoor space aside from the bedrooms and washrooms was the kitchen area. It was great to have a washing machine available to do laundry but we did have to get our own laundry detergent as it was not provided. We did not have enough trash bags for our 8-day stay. Maria was a very accommodating host and quick to communicate and respond to. A car is definitely required to get around in this area - it is about a 30-minute drive from the port, but the closest beach is just minutes away! Overall, this stay was exactly what was advertised and we were very pleased with it.

Ein Traumurlaub!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Malena war wunderschön. Alles hat für uns gepasst! Die Kommunikation mit Maria war von Anfang bis Ende nett und unkompliziert. Wir (4 Personen) haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Genügend Platz für alle, Ausstattung der großen Küche ausreichend, sehr gemütlicher Loungebereich zum lesen und ausruhen. Einzigartig ist die Aussicht aufs Meer und die herrlichen Pfanzen im Garten. Zwei schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine klare Empfehlung! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Maria!

Magnifique endroit avec vue superbe!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa. L’hôte Maria est très sympathique. Elle nous a facilité notre arrivée et notre séjour. La vue sur la mer Egee est à couper le souffle. La plage Golden Beach est à quelques minutes de marche. Très bien localisé, tout se fait en voiture à moins de 30 minutes. Nous sommes resté 6 jours et nous serions restés plus longtemps! Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Fantastic Stay

Great property and great location. Really liked the layout of the place, centered on patios with plenty of sitting area and great views. Walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island. Very nice and tasteful furnishings. Beds were very comfy. Everything about this please is great. Maria was a super host. Very responsive and kept in touch in case we needed anything or had any questions. If this is available, book it! We will be returning, for sure. Thanks!!!!!

Superbe Villa en bord de mer!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la villa Malena, dans un cadre incroyable: belle maison décorée avec goût, grand jardin fleuri, beaucoup d'espace, vue mer à couper le souffle, plages à quelques minutes: idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Et encore merci à notre hôtesse Maria pour l'accueil (repas préparé à notre arrivée, beaucoup de petits cadeaux de bienvenue et de gentilles attentions) et sa disponibilité tout le long du séjour. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et rentrons avec de beaux souvenirs et de belles images en tête!

Heaven on Earth

Villa Malena was an exceptional experience with views of the sea in all directions… it is an open concept home with comfort, beauty, simplicity in decor, yet fulfills one’s needs. A wonderful homemade meal was prepared for us upon arrival, with other homemade supplies made by the owner’s family! The honey was wonderful! Beaches, seaside walking/running trails, restaurants are all in walking distance… although we enjoyed having a car to explore the island and visit our favorite restaurant Anna and Jorgo’s…we spent many hours on the terrace of the Villa gazing at the sea, reading, contemplating …. how we could stay forever! We will return!”
