Philomena was a great guest and left the unit very clean. She was easy to communicate with throughout her stay.
This is a 1 bedroom condo, and the electricity bill for the month of March was $386 in mild weather, compared to our usual $60 average in the summer heat.
I would recommend her as a guest, but suggest that hosts clarify electricity usage expectations beforehand.

Being on the top floor with elevator access and no upstairs neighbors creates a truly serene atmosphere. Plus, the provided shopping carts right by the elevator make grocery trips a breeze.
What I love most is the feeling of being tucked away in a relaxing oasis, while still having everything I need right at my fingertips.
