Older complex; place def needed some TLC. Bed needs updating, old and uncomfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. There were beach essentials that need replacing, but were usable. Location is good. Property was a perfect price point.
We had a little confusion at arrival but it all worked out. This condo was really nice and in a great location. It really was a short walk to beach. The rooftop pool was surprisingly warm, which I loved because the air was actually a little cool and breezy. This unit had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We used the cooler that was provided for a picnic adventure. There are lots of great stores and restaurants nearby. There was an older area guidebook that we noted had some restaurants circled, others crossed out, so we tried a couple of the circled ones and they did not disappoint. The nearby construction work was not to intrusive.
Great location. Super easy check in considering our flight was delayed and we came in late. Hassle free! The Condo had everything you could need to cook and was stocked with all the necessities, including bug spray and sunscreen, which was much appreciated. The only thing I would mention is that the hot water heater runs out quite quickly when you shower. Other than that, I’ll be back!
The place is well located, great pool, but it could use a bit of love and tender care decoration side, especially the bedroom and with the Ritz-Carlton being built close by
We have been staying in this unit for a number of years for our annual vacation. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the rooftop pool is perfect for non-beach days. Every time we leave we look forward to returning.
Nice location and great place to stay. Owner made me aware of construction in the area. If you are looking for quiet at the pool this is not the best choice for you now. The condo is well equipped for your stay. Everything is pretty basic. You can walk to the beach for sunset!
Great location! Sunsets on Vanderbilt Beach are spectacular. Dan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Condo was as advertised -it had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
We have stayed in this unit a number of times and it never disappoints. Dan is a great owner who makes the reservation, check and check out processes easy and simple. The location can't be beat - walkable to the beach, close to Mercato and other dining and shopping opportunities. Each time we check out of the unit, we look forward to our next visit.
I knew the building would be surrounded by construction of multiple resort properties, but it was totally worth it for the location! Only 2 blocks from the beach! The condo itself was extremely clean, and had a nice supply of basic starting supplies. Construction started early, but due to the placement of the bedroom, noise wasn't an issue. The rooftop pool was a big plus! Daniel was also very responsive to all communications! Highly recommend!!
Super location. No storm damage to property. Unfortunately lots of construction surrounding the property due to rebuilding from hurricane Ian while we were there. I know that will improve every day forward.
We had a great week at the condo. Very clean and accessible to the beach as well as being close to Vanderbilt Rd which takes you to shopping areas. The washer/dryer is new and a bonus, being inside a 1 bedroom condo. There is ongoing construction in the area but the location is worth the construction distraction. Communication with the host ((Dan) was outstanding.
2nd time to stay. Condo is good, clean and everything you need. New washer & dryer was great. Dan is very responsive and we had no problems. We anticipated the construction as we stayed here last year.
Cozy space near the beach. Construction noise was not bad. We really didn’t notice it as compared to the reviews we read about online. Overall it was a great stay. We will stay there again if my work trip comes back to this location. Only complaint was that the HVAC vent in the bedroom was always blowing cold air like a hurricane when the AC was keeping the property cool. My wife slept on the couch due to that issue. There was no easy way to adjust the vent to direct the AC cool air elsewhere or reduce the flow to prevent how loud and forceful the AC air was blowing in the room.Again, great place near the beach and we would gladly stay there again. Thank you, Dan, for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the construction noise wasn’t an issue for you. The location truly is ideal for beach access, and we’re happy it worked well for your trip.
We appreciate your note about the HVAC vent in the bedroom. We'll definitely look into adjusting the airflow or providing a way to better direct it for future guests' comfort.
We’d be happy to host you again on your next work trip. Thanks again for staying with us!
This condo is very nice. Very close to the Vanderbilt beach, walking distance. There is everything you need in it what you need for your stay. Host was very responsive and available every time you have questions. Thank you Dan. Only negative thing is the swimming pool. It is very hot but this is cause it is located on the rooftop. No other complaints. Will be back for sure next year and i would recommend this place for sure.
This condo is an end unit on the top floor. Because it’s on the end there are extra windows that the other units don’t have. Plenty big for two people with a new washer and dryer in the condo. Lots of construction going on across the street makes it noisy during the day. No work was being done on the weekend. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was very nice and lives nearby, which is a big plus.
I understand and was notified the property was discounted because of all the construction going on around in the area and was prepared for that . However the bed and bedding would b the same even if it was not discounted. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Awful bedding . The color alone was less then desirable. Dark wood for coming to the area . Not a great first impression when you walk into the condo unit. Bedroom in need of updating . We were able to use the rooftop pool after the construction stopped and it was magical .

We appreciate your comments about the bed and decor. While the unit is priced accordingly during nearby construction, we agree it's due for a refresh. A decor update is planned once construction in the area wraps up, and your input helps guide those improvements.
Thanks again for sharing your experience.
Although the description says there is construction in the area, it doesn’t come close to what we experienced on a daily basis. Every morning at about 6:30am we’d hear noise outside from trucks. Then at 7:00am it would get loud from trucks beeping, fog horns blowing, and general construction noise. It was everywhere surrounding the unit. There is no view. If I can post pictures I will. Brand new buildings are built on the bay so you have a sliver of water to see. The pictures on the listing are old. What you see from all angles is construction of new buildings. We couldn’t sit on the balcony because of the noise and dust. I would not recommend staying here until the construction is over unless you like being woken up early and can stand constant annoying noise. The unit itself was okay except I found the bed uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay coincided with a particularly active phase of the nearby construction. While we do disclose ongoing development in the area, we understand how disruptive the noise levels must have been during your visit, especially during early morning hours.
Since your stay, we’re happy to share that the peak of the construction activity has passed and the noise has significantly decreased. Many of the nearby buildings are now completed, resulting in a much more peaceful environment and improved surroundings. We’ve also updated our listing photos to reflect the current view more accurately, and we’re continually working to keep our guests informed with the most up-to-date information.
We appreciate your comments about the unit itself and will look into your feedback regarding the bed to ensure future guests have a comfortable experience.

This is an older property and the photos of the surroundings have changed drastically. There is construction on both front and the back sides, totally blocking any pleasantview except the top of the Ritz Carlton across the street. The assigned parking spot is narrow and surrounded by concrete pillars and took me about 15 minutes to park in that spot. Fortunately, there are some parking spots around the exterior. They’re very easy to access and they are unassigned to units. Unfortunately, some of those are usually taken the week that we were there, beat up vans that haul construction workers to and from the job. The unit can be accessed very conveniently by concrete stairs, nearby or by walking the length of the building and taking the elevator and walking back the length of the building. The interior is cramped in the bathroom and the bedroom. There are very few ways to plug in your electronics. The lanai used to have a view of the bay across the way, but that’s gone now, with the current construction. From seven or eight in the morning until seven at night, the backup noises from trucks of concrete and other construction are quite annoying, so it would be best if you’re planning to be gone during the day. It is quite close to the beach, so beachgoers will find it quite convenient. There are many extra fees these days, greatly increasing the weekly rent over the advertised amount. For beach lovers only.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the construction affected your stay—while noted in the listing, we understand it was more disruptive than expected. Thankfully, much of the heavy work has since been completed, and the area is now quieter.
The unit is 600 square feet as stated, and we understand that the layout may feel compact to some. Parking is limited due to the building’s original design, and while assigned spots can be tight, there are unassigned spaces around the perimeter that are often easier to access.
We appreciate your comments and are glad you enjoyed the beach proximity. Your input helps us improve for future guests.
Fin leilighet med det man trenger til en ferie. Nær Strand. Stille og rolig område men som nå hadde mye byggevirksomhet etter oppbygging fra orkanen sist høst.

We left early. Construction noise, dust and debris on dirt parking entrance . Got a flat tire. Also, people were fighting about trying to use property’s parking lot for public beach. Owner very responsive and nice.

My listing clearly states at the top that construction is ongoing all around the building, and that the rates have been adjusted to reflect that. I felt bad for the renters, but those were forces out of my control.
This is the second time staying in the complex last year we stayed in a different condo both were so beautiful and perfect for the two of us! The pool area is awesome! The location is great! The sad thing this year was the destruction from hurricane Ian and the beach being closed! I would highly recommend staying! Looking forward to seeing how things are next year!

Why they chose this property
Naples is truly a little slice of paradise. The first time I ever visited here, I knew I had to make it home. Being able to make your morning coffee and stroll down to the beach is priceless. Pop in for a quick lunch and to refill the cooler before heading back to watch a beautiful sunset.
What makes this property unique
You can walk to the Ritz Carlton right across the street or access it from the beach. There's also a fantastic restaurant, the Turtle Club, where you can watch sunsets from the outdoor patio. Daruma sushi is steps away as well as a full convenient store. Finally, the Beach Box café is a local favorite right at the entrance to Vanderbilt Beach.
