Make some memories at this unique, family-friendly place ranch. 1 mile from the Theodosia boat ramp, 1/2 mile to town! Perfect, pristine place to relax.
The newly Remodeled cabin in 2023 has great outdoor views and entertainment space for your time here!! You’ll fall in love with the addition of a hand crafted Tiki bar, 12’ x 42’ pavilion and outdoor kitchen.
The Tiki bar has a dance floor, great sound system, accent lighting and excellent space for board games and eating outdoors!
The Pavilion has electric, ceiling fans, well lit and insulated ceiling for heat control in the summer.
A small kitchen area is located by the fire pit great for smores or morning coffee station.

Other things to note
This place is a little taste of heaven! Since purchasing this place 6 years ago, we have poured our heart into making it an Oasis.

This cabin was spectacular! The outside porch, tiki bar, and sunroom were ideal places to relax and enjoy the view. The inside was just as remarkable! The kitchen was stocked with more than is usually provided. The coffee bar had everything you could possibly need. The host were welcoming and friendly.
