Small Cozy Cottage #3 at Bull Shoals!!

Come enjoy the pristine White River and Bull Shoals Lake while staying in this peaceful 2 bed 1 bath cottage with full kitchen.

It’s a 5 min walk down to the water’s edge to soak up the serene beauty of Bull Shoals Lake. We have a seasonal Lake view! Right outside your doorstep you’ll often be greeted by grazing deer. There are other cottages on the property and it is a shared driveway with dedicated parking areas.

You will likely see raccoons, deer, skunks, and other wildlife critters during your stay.

Bull Shoals Marina offers affordable boat rentals just down the road. We look forward to welcoming you to our clean and comfortable home away from home!

We had a great stay at Cozy Cottage. If you’re a fisherman this is definitely the place to stay. So close to the Bull Shoals boat dock/slips. But for us it was a 6 minute walk to visit family. Comfortable beds, small shower and kitchen with everything you need! The host was very easy to work with and available when needed.

We communicated directly with owner. Very nice small cabin with good accommodations for 4 adults. Everything you need includes coffee. Bring your own food. Comfortable beds and nice futon in main room. Deer and squirrels abound. A person feeds them on driveway. Feeding wild animals is a very bad practice. I will now climb down from my soapbox and highly recommend a stay there.

Bull Shoals is a small, quiet town. Our street is located at the edge of town and our property line goes right up to the public lake property. We have plenty of deer that also frequent our driveway!!
