This house was a great fit for our family. It had plenty of space, lots of bathrooms, tasteful décor, and a fantastic location with a beautiful pool. Being so close to Baytowne was a huge plus, and the two golf carts made getting around super convenient.The only reason I hesitated to give it 5 stars is due to a couple of smaller issues. While the golf carts were in good shape, they hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests and still had some trash left behind. The house overall was fairly clean, but the floors felt like they needed a deeper scrub—they were a bit sticky and left our feet dirty after walking around.Overall though, it was very close to a perfect stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Family vacation

Everything went well. The yard area had Candy/gum wrappers on the sidewalk, one of the golf carts had trash (old socks, broken toys) in the cart. The door lock was an issue from the beginning and did not work the majority of our stay. The LR rug was full of chips and was unclean. The floor seemed sticky and not cleaned well. The fourth bedroom had bunks and we had all adults so it was a bit uncomfortable for an adult to sleep in the bunks. We left the property in better condition than when we arrived.
