Great place for family

This is property is a short walk to the beach. Great access to the pool across the road which was awesome for the kids. The property was clean appon arrival and was able to accommodate a check in request. Overall was great place to stay and I would recommend to family and friends.

Great home for our family!

Our family had a great time at this home! We would definitely recommend it! The host was very responsive and compassionate towards any questions or concerns during our stay and the house was clean upon arrival! Our only recommendation would be more outdoor chairs or seating for the patios!

We had a great stay at the Silver Sands location. The property including directions for check-in, golf cart use and other amenities were exactly as specified in the rental information and videos. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Sands. The house was clean, and the Destin Dreamers staff was very responsive to any of our needs. The only downside was not having a place to park the golf cart at the beach; so, we often had to walk to the beach. We had a great week!

Amazing!!

House was stunningly beautiful and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect, close to the beach but secluded. Since the neighborhood does not have a through street it felt very quiet which is something we really liked at the end of the day. Pool area was the kiddos favorite and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for a large group

This properly is perfect for a large group. The house is fully equipped for cooking, cleaning, and the beach! We had a group of 12 with ages 1-3 all the way up to 65. Plenty of room for everyone and so much fun for the kids and adults with games everywhere! We will be back

Silver Sands was the best! Very accommodating for 13 of us and very convenient location. We were right across the street from the pool and within blocks from the beach. Destin Dreamers were very helpful and nice. They even brought us a bottle of wine and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Family Spring Break

The home is exactly as the pictures present it. It was spotless and everything felt brand new. The appliances were new and the refrigerator was enormous. The community pool is literally 10 steps away and is not your normal community pool. But very well maintained with flat screen tvs and grilles for smoking and grilling. The location is perfect as you are a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were in the middle of destin and Seaside so either direction were fun things to do. The golf cart and bikes were also huge plusses. We will definitely be coming back to Destin and renting here again.

Great vacation

Communication was timely and prompt response from property manager. Home was clean and just as advertised. Beautiful property across from the pool and 3 blocks from the beach. The golf cart was a great way to get around. Would stay again. Only downside was some basic staples were not supplied as with other vrbo properties, salt and pepper/soaps/paper towels/k cups. Otherwise very comfortable , fun vacation experience

Great townhouse!

The townhouse has a great, timeless aesthetic with enough homely touches to make it feel warm but still keep everything pretty neutral. We felt right at home. My wife loved the large refrigerator and spacious kitchen counters. All around the unit was much more spacious than we could tell from the pictures online. Being directly across the street from the community pool was a huge bonus! The golf cart was an additional bonus and much needed to help ferry stuff to the and from the beach. Will definitely make plans to stay here again.

Luxurious Retreat - it's a wow!

I can't say enough good things about this home - the moment you enter, it's truly like a luxurious retreat. The quality and décor are top notch and the home is so clean. The homeowner / property manager has you covered on everything. Right before check in, I received a call from the property manager willing to meet us at the home to make sure we had everything we needed - you just don't get this kind of service most places. We enjoyed zipping around the area in the golf cart as well. Book this home- you won't regret it.

Nice Location in Destin

The home was true to the pictures online. The beach is a few minutes away. Kitchen is well equipped. Golf cart needs some updates like seatbelts difficult to open and close. Living room couch dirty and cushions are very thin. Replace with expanded seating. Overall, very pleasant stay and nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. Bedrooms are very comfortable.

Nice condo. A few things not working that maintenance came and repaired. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced. Literally falling apart. Good access to beach. We were there for family vacation. The rest of the people there were college spring breakers. Police there several times. Not really what we expected for what we paid.

Wonderful vacation

The house itself was perfect for our three families with seven older kids. The location is great, the house has everything you need and is very comfortable. We spent hours sitting around the island in the kitchen talking and laughing. The only issue, which is not the owners fault, is the shared pool. It was always crowded and very noisy with lots of small kids. We did not use it once. Having the golf cart was a nice extra. We used it a couple of times to go to the beach and local shopping. Overall, no complaints about this property or management.

Awesome Couples Trip!

This home was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the game room and the community pool is directly across from the property. The host even dropped off a bottle of wine, which was great. Only complaint is, a new sofa is needed in the living room. When you sit down it sinks so low it was uncomfortable. Overall we had great vacation.

Silver Sands Wins Gold!

Destin Dreamers was a delight to rent from, excellent communication and very helpful. The house was clean, the sheets and towels were soft, the kitchen was well stocked, and the electronics were modern and convenient. So many thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. Lots of privacy with the third floor bedrooms. The second floor is perfect for parents and kids—lots of bunks! A bit of a long walk to the beach so the golf cart was well appreciated. Highly recommend!

Great beach vacation

Very well appointed house and nice neighborhood. Community pool is really close and convenient. Great time!

The Silver Sands is an excellent sized home for multiple families, bachelor / bachelorette parties, retreats, old friend get togethers - we've seen it all in this home and all types of groups have loved it! The 3400 classic arcade games in the arcade station plus all the flat screen T.V.'s and the bunks with colored lights - all across from the pool, yes please! Our guests have LOVED this home!

The street legal golf cart makes being a few hundred yards from the beach preferable, as has the foot rinse station. You do not have to fight the sand here like at a beach front while gettin the proximity of the beach! The house is a must see and creates repeat guests.
