Our stay in this rental home was wonderful! We had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed. We were not able to use it because the mattress was very uncomfortable. The beach was close as described and it was everything we could have asked for! We will definitely stay in this rental again and recommend it for future guests.

The house and surroundings are amazing and breathtaking! The pool was great, walking distance my granddaughter and her friend enjoyed night swimming every night! The house the beautiful , very clean, I thought very equipped with utensils and cookware ! One thing is the house accommodates 12 we did not have that many and the host needs to consider more bath linens not nearly enough, the extra pillows did not have pillow cases so those could not be used .. my family likes comfort . If you are planning on using the pull out sofa do not it is still broken, I read this on a review before and this cannot be used as a bed and we really needed it and was counting on that ! The power went off one night due to severe thunderstorm which is understandable but we could not find flashlights or anything in the house, the host needs to consider making an emergency kit for these unfortunate events! One other thing I would consider is getting a evacuation ladder for each bedroom if there was and I do hope this would never happen but if you had to escape from the top floor you could not due to a fire or something the ladder’s are only 20.00 and could save lives !

These are the things that reflect not getting an excellent. There were no oven pans,breaker blew had to reset, alarms beeped had to reset and worse thing was the washer went out of balance ALL the time no matter if you had a small load or not .We tried everything and called maintenance and didn’t fix just brought us some clean towels. So to wash our clothes was very time consuming (not good on vacation time). Sometimes we just had to wring the clothes. The house and community was GREAT though.

Beautiful place!

This place was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space and privacy. We enjoyed being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our youngest members of the group are 20, 22, and 23, and they had a blast!

This house was perfect for our family trip! The house was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. The property is just a short walk to the beach and close to both miramar and destin food spots and shopping. The community seemed very safe and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so I wouldn't recommend this house for people with mobility issues.
