Welcome to Salty Shores beach home! Our newly built coastal luxury home was designed with an "Old Florida Architecture" style and features a gorgeous private pool! Salty Shores is conveniently located within a few minutes walk to your very own private beach access where you can enjoy an amazing and uncrowded section of the beach with sandbars and turtles!

Our spacious two story home features 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, 2 covered porches and a kids alcove. Enjoy a state of the art gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Our private, resort style pool features waterfalls and can be heated in the colder months! Our backyard oasis also includes tables with chairs, chaise loungers, and a gas grill for your favorite outdoor meals. Each bedroom is well equipped with flat-screen HDTV's and each Master Suite (excluding bunk room) has a full private en suite bathroom. The Bunk-room features full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles underneath. In the living room, you will find a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating to relax in front of the flat-screen TV. The kids alcove is a family favorite for little ones, perfectly setup as the ultimate mini-playroom! Enjoy your meals in the exquisite dining room that is perfectly lit up by a gorgeous industrial chandelier, or step outside for a more relaxed dining experience by the pool. You will truly have the best of both worlds here at Salty Shores!

Salty Shores is also within walking distance to many popular restaurants including "Whale's Tail" and "Pompano Joe's" on the beach. Our Home is less than 2 miles from the "Silver Sands" luxury shopping outlet, which is one of the largest designer retailer outlets in the nation. You will also enjoy the close proximity to several grocery stores, pharmacies, hospital and of course just a few minute walk onto the sand!

Inside this prestigious gated beach community of Emerald Waters Villages you'll find two lushly landscaped community swimming pools in addition to your private pool. In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowner and Guests, there are surveillance cameras on the outside perimeter of the home. Please note the Front Door Surveillance Camera is pointed towards the pool gate and the pool area will be in frame of the camera coverage. This fabulous private community is located on the East side of Holiday Road in Miramar Beach near the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Frangista Beach. We are close to tons of shopping, dining, golfing, and entertainment. Destin Commons is a favorite Shopping area in Destin as well as Silver Sands. Anchor stores in Destin Commons include Bass Pro Shop, H&M Store, Belk and Uncle Bucks upscale Bowing alley. Silvers Sands boasts designer stores such as Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and Coach. Close by you will also find Whole Foods and Publix Grocery. There are so many nearby activities and places to enjoy. You will love your Vacation here at " Salty Shores"!

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
