Everything we hoped for and more!

It was so easy to work with Rick and work out all the arrangements to use this beautiful property. He was so helpful when we had luggage from the airport that needed to be stored before we could check in. The house had everything we needed to make our long weekend PERFECT!

Steamboat Springs is my go to town when a CO vacation is in the works. House was perfectly situated between town and mountain. Lots of room for everyone to visit or have their privacy. Rick was helpful with his recommendations and quick to respond to my questions. So glad to have found this spot. Will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay! We had a large family stay and everyone still had their own space. The kitchen was great for cooking our family meals and they had everything we needed!! We play a lot of board games, so the large kitchen table was perfect for our evening gatherings. The house was perfect distance from downtown (3 mins) and skiing (5-10mins). Last but not least, a great back yard for our four legged friends. Thank you so much Rick! We would love to stay again in the future!

Great location to everything, great townhouse and owner was great to work with.

Rick was great to work with, he was very responsive. He worked with us on the travel dates, let us ship a few items to the townhouse, and responded quickly to all of my questions. The townhouse is a great location to everything, within minutes of downtown and ski resort. The home is just as advertised. Great size for multiple families. We had six adults and four kids and it still felt spacious. Comes equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Inviting and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed an extended family Christmas at Moose Peak. The house was inviting, comfortable and festive! The views were amazing. We loved that it was toddler and baby friendly, convenient to town and the ski area. We have several good cooks in our family and found the kitchen to be easy and fun to prep in. We also liked the areas to place boots and coats and gear when coming in either through the front door or from the back yard. We hope to visit again.

Lots of space to spread out

  • 4 of 5

Very comfortable home. It was a nice getaway for a few days with another couple and we could have easily had at least one more couple and still feel like we all had our own space without tripping over people. It seems like one bedroom on the main floor should also have a regular queen size bed instead of a pullout couch to make that work though.

The reason for my 4 star review is that the house and appliances were kind of beat up. Two of us scraped up the the tops of our feet pretty bad under the bottom of the oven where a piece of metal was pulled back a bit. The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge didn't work and the coffee maker seemed to have the wrong pot in it so it would overflow in the basket. Could also use some shampoo sample packets or install dispensers as so many of the other VRBO homes we've stayed in have done. These are all minor items but if we had paid full in season price would have been disappointing. But we really enjoyed the views and yard and the stay overall.
