With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge conditioned bonus/game room, large garage/RV space, and generous outdoor areas, this isn't your typical vacation rental.



The property accommodates up to 14 registered guests, with sleeping space divided between the main house and the separate bonus room.

🎮 HUGE BONUS / GAME ROOM — PLEASE READ



One of the property's most unique features is the large, conditioned bonus room located above the garage.



The bonus room provides an additional entertainment, gathering, game, and flexible sleeping area away from the main living quarters—great for older kids, teens, sports teams, or groups who want some extra room to spread out.



The bonus room is NOT directly connected to the main living quarters.



The staircase to the bonus room is accessed only through the garage, so guests staying upstairs will need to travel through the garage to move between the bonus room and the main house.



The bonus room is heated and cooled and comfortable for guest use, but its separate location means it feels more removed from the bedrooms, bathrooms, and other primary living spaces.

The full kitchen makes cooking for a group much easier and includes the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals together.



Whether you're preparing breakfast for the family or dinner for the whole group, you'll have room to make yourselves at home.

Guests have access to designated garage space and the large RV bay.

🐾 Dog-Friendly



We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs in our home. Dogs must be included in the reservation, with applicable pet fees paid. Guests remain responsible for supervising them and preventing damage or disturbances. If you plan to bring 2 or more dogs, please reach out for approval before arrival.



Kindly note: We kindly ask guests to clean up after their dogs during their stay. If dog waste is left behind, an additional $25 fee may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and welcoming for everyone. Cats not allowed.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the main home and designated guest areas of the property throughout their reservation.



This includes the 3-bedroom main house, laundry, designated garage/RV areas, patios, and conditioned bonus/game room.



🎮 BONUS ROOM ACCESS — IMPORTANT



The upstairs bonus/game room is accessed ONLY by a staircase located inside the garage.



There is no interior staircase connecting the bonus room directly to the main living quarters.



The bonus room is a conditioned guest space with heating and cooling, but it is physically separated from the main bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.



🔑 IMPORTANT — BONUS ROOM DOOR



The bonus-room stairway/door has a lock; however, no guest key is provided for this lock.



Please DO NOT lock this door during your stay.



Locking it could prevent guests from accessing or exiting the bonus-room area normally and may require management assistance to regain access.



Please make sure children and other members of your group understand that this door should remain unlocked while the bonus room is in use.



🚗 PARKING & GARAGE



The property provides generous on-site parking suitable for larger groups.



Guests have access to designated garage/parking areas, including the large RV bay.



Please keep access points, neighboring properties, and the cul-de-sac clear and park only in designated areas.



🗑️ TRASH



A shared dumpster is located near the property next door and is available for guest use.



Please securely bag all household trash and dispose of it in the dumpster during your stay and before checkout.



Guests do not need to move any garbage bins or containers for collection.

Guests have access to the designated patios and outdoor areas associated with the property.



Please respect any locked or clearly marked owner/management storage areas that are not included with the reservation.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for getting around Caldwell and the surrounding Treasure Valley.



🚗 PROPERTY ACCESS — GRAVEL ROAD

The property is accessed by a gravel road/drive leading to the home. Once you reach the property, the home's private driveway and parking area are paved.



The gravel portion is generally accessible by standard passenger vehicles, but guests should expect normal gravel-road conditions such as dust, loose gravel, mud, puddles, or uneven areas depending on weather and seasonal conditions.



🚗 PARKING



The property offers ample on-site parking, making it especially convenient for larger groups and guests arriving in multiple vehicles.



Designated garage and RV-bay areas are also available to guests.
