This 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo was renovated in 2017. This Property was featured on HGTV BEACH FRONT BARGAIN HUNT.

Spa like tile in all shower/bath areas. Brand new satinless steal kitchen appliences, purchased in 2021. There is a game room & a private interior shower/dressing area on the first floor to cleanse after a long day at the beach before accessing our third floor condo. An exterior hose/foot shower also provided.

This property is located directly on the beach. Every room, including the bathroom, has an ocean view. Boardwalk is located directly in front of the unit. Entire property was renovated in 2017.
