- 250 m2 House located in condominium, with 4 bedrooms (all rooms have air conditioning) and 2 suites and one bedroom with bathroom upstairs and a suite downstairs. The lower level also includes toilet, lounge / TV, dining room, open kitchen and laundry. The house has large balcony, wooden deck of 50 m2, garden with native forest reserve and panoramic view of 180o to the sea. Parties are not allowed and should be respected the silence after 22:00. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pets are only allowed if complied with all of the following requirements: in any way, the animal can move around without a leash inside the condo (not allowed and will result in a fine to the offender); the pet owner will undertake to collect the waste and care for the animal does not damage any belongs to the house. The house is intended for the use of 10 adults (9 accommodated in beds) and can accommodate + 2 children, maximum capacity including children is 12 people in total (8 adults + 4 children as an example). Two more infants may be allowed upon evaluation and availability of the condominium. Parking for 2 cars. It is not necessary to take a beach chair, table or parasol, as the condominium provides this service up to the maximum number of guests allowed (10 adults + 2 children). The condominium has 24 hour concierge and a list identifying the guests prior to the entry is required. It will be checked access for all. I only rent to couples and families.
