LakePointe Shores # 7 Welcoming 3-bedroom cottage in Madison on the Lake

Thank you for staying with us. We take our cleanliness very seriously and am sorry you found cobwebs and bugs. I will make sure our cleaning crew takes a more scrutinized look for cobwebs and remedies this. Unfortunately with our properties being directly on the lake the bugs get in the windows were the AC units are and we are in a very heavy season. Once our cottages are cleaned they may sit a few days and the bugs accumulate again. We do our best to prevent this, but we do apologize because it is often out of our hands with Mother Nature. We don’t advertise our properties AC and we specifically post as such on VRBO. Generally the temperature on the Lake and our cottages being covered in shade, the ceiling fans provide a comfortable temperature. However, we had a few extremely humid weeks so I am glad we could accommodate you with window units. Lastly, we pride ourself on providing amenities like a washer and dryer in every cottage. With that being said they do break and that is out of our control. What is in our control is to make sure it is remedied. When you notified us of the dryer not working we assessed the issue and had Home Depot deliver a new one at their first available slot. I believe you notified us the day of departure. We did our very best to accommodate everything you asked for to make sure your stay was pleasurable including bringing more wash clothes as soon as you requested them. We love our guests and appreciate your choosing us.
