Plenty of closet space and a spacious, chef-ready kitchen. The building sits on a water canal, with canoe access in the morning when the tide is high, though there’s no direct water view due to parked boats. Walk to Las Olas Boulevard’s top restaurants or 5 min drive to the beach.
