Esta casa de ciudad de dos pisos tiene espacio para 7 y está ubicada en la popular Holiday Isle. En el primer piso, encontrará 2 acogedoras habitaciones con camas tamaño queen y 2 baños completos. Great location for us with a boat

Location was awesome and overall was a great stay. I wish the beds were a little softer as they were pretty stiff and the washer makes a loud banging noise. Property management was great and overall was a good house to stay in with a boat dock with about a 10 min walk to the beach.

Great time. Great locatuon

We loved the stay! Loved Destin! The neighbors that lived there full time we so nice. Gave us tips on where to eat and enjoyed talking with them at night! Will Return for sure! Loved having the boat dock on the back for easy access the the harbor and crab island!

Fun place to stay but probably overpriced

I would recommend this place if budgets aren’t a problem. Was fun having the boat spot and being close to crab island but I probably would stay elsewhere for the money. Seemed like we overpaid but we were still happy overall.

Perfect for Destin w/ a Boat

Lots to love about this property including the location on the water with a slip, great neighbors, grocery store is convenient, and there is adequate bedroom space/split floor plan so a family can separate when they want to. The boat was the primary driver in my selection process and it was perfect. If you’re dragging a boat to Destin and don’t need a “5-star” hotel experience, look no further.

Location is Key

My family and I stayed for 4nights and was pleased with the location of the property. It can use a lot of little things and the neighbor was up at 3 -4am with loud music, no response from property manager, dishwasher broken, back sliding door broken, no trash bags, no beach towels as advertised, no tissue, just to name some. If you stay here just no your on your own!!!

Retirement Search

Our visit was primarily to research retirement area potentials. We love the Destin Bay area, not fond of a middle unit townhouse condo- the neighbors were friendly although not courteous as far as parking and noise. The condo was as the pics showed, on arrival/stay we noticed it could use some TLC and thorough cleaning- door/trims and some wall areas. The new decking floor and new deck furniture was very nice as well as the view from the deck was beautiful. We were disappointed we had to go exchange/purchase a propane tank for the grill as the one present was empty. We did contact mgmt regarding this issue however they responded after we already took care of the propane tank but while we were out they did come hook up the tank we purchased. I would recommend this unit to a younger age group vs close to retirement age (as we are). Being the unit is pet friendly we were pleasantly surprised it did not have any pet odors, it's also a nice location for those with a dog as it's not a real busy street.

A little maintenance goes along way

I would have liked to have submitted the photos I took. Amazingly dirty and in need of repairs. Such a great location, hard to believe for what we paid that it wasn't cared for. I use VRBO quite a bit and am really disappointed in this property.

The decor of the house was beautiful...need a few updates to kitchen cooking items... can opener did not work, no cookie sheet, frying pans old... pots were great... the gutters on the outside need replaced... water going where it shouldn’t... Overall a nice place and would recommend

Back door did not lock. Called property mgmt got no call back. Top sliding glass door did not shut due to striped out handle. It’s an easy property to stay in.

The house, boat dock, and location was a hit, the parking area and hot water heater wasn't not

We enjoyed the house was nicer than other we have stayed out in the area. The parking arrangement wasn't the best and the hot water heater kept tripping the breaker. We would still stay there again.

Don't let the front of the building throw you off! This is a nice property, with plenty of space and a boat slip. Comfortable accommodations, will stay again next time we're in Destin.

Boat lift was a must for our trip and this unit had exactly what we needed. Very spacious. Never touched land other than to step foot in unit from off the boat. Will definitely request this unit again very soon. FYI...friends stayed 4 complex’s down & upon arrival had no cooking pans or bathing towels! You would think unit mgmt would tell you this. Don’t know if same property mgmt but I will from now on ask upon booking!

Good place to stay except for a few small things

There were a couple of light bulbs out ...the entry rug with the Crane bird was wet and smelled really bad ...the blinds to the patio were messed up..other than those small things very very nice place to stay and the price was very reasonable .... loved it .... thank you for the Rental!!

Great location!

The condo was a great layout for our trip. Having the boat lift was great and made those boating days very convenient. Our only problem was with the cleanliness. One of the beds had obviously not been changed and a lot of the pots and pans along with utensils were dirty. Once we cleaned everything our week was very enjoyable.
