Level Two:
Main Living Areas: Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room.
Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances, gas range, cookware, and extensive counter space. Dining area provides seating for your whole group, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The living room includes a comfortable sectional and multiple accent chairs, a large smart TV, and lots of natural light. Sliding doors overlook a green space, including a dog park. In the colder months when leaves are off the trees we have a wonderful view of the uptown skyline.

Level Three:
The primary and secondary bedrooms are located on this level, as well as laundry closet and linen cabinets. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, expansive closet space, and en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed and workspace ideal for business travelers. There is a second full bathroom located on this level, accessed from the hallway. Both bedrooms get lots of natural light, and are equipped with blackout curtains.

Level Four:
This townhome features a loft and rooftop terrace on the fourth floor. The loft includes a queen sized bed, TV, and dedicated workstation equipped with a standing desk and printer. A half bath is also accessed from the loft. The loft opens up to a rooftop terrace with lounge chairs, as well as a bistro set for rooftop dining.
