The location was excellent, near a handful of shops and cafes, as well as the metro/tram. However the bathroom could use some renovating and the residence is advertised that it accommodates 3 people, however the futon in the living room is basically unusable for sleeping. Small fixes could bump this up to a 5/5. However as things were, can't give it more than a 3/5.
