The adjoining living room features a gas burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV, foosball table and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage. Ping pong table also located in the garage.
