Great location.

Rental was so convenient. For the beach and boardwalk. Perhaps in the future the owner could supply sheets and beach passes. I would certainly rent this property again. Any questions were responded to promptly.

Walter, Thank you for staying with us. Although our Beach is Private and we get passes with our yearly dues, we are not allowed to give them to our guests. Believe me, I tried ignoring their threats and almost lost my beach privileges. We are going to be including a full linen service for next year. Sheets, pillow cases, fresh clean blankets, and towels. It should lighten your load and free up space in your car. We look forward to seeing you again next year. Warmest Regards, Kevin Bachorik

This is our 2nd year staying here and can't wait for the 3rd! Clean and quiet, 5 minute walk to seaside boardwalk, private beach, beautiful pool and great communication. Can't beat it!

Great place!

We had a great time! Place was perfect! Would definitely stay again. Couldn't figure out how to play my music on the stereo system with Bluetooth but Kevin was prompt with his response and directions. The drying rack we used on the deck was positioned improperly at one point and one of the other tenants complained but Kevin was really cool about it. He just texted and asked that we move it and we did and the problem was solved. The place is conveniently located to everything and you don't even have to drive because it's all in walking distance. So much to do!

Highly recommended!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Ortley/Seaside due in no small part to our excellent accommodations! As she put it, the condo was "clean and cozy". The pool was very clean and the entire area was quiet and laid back. Exactly what needed for a relaxing beach vacation! 1 block away from a clean private beach and a 5 minute walk to the seaside boardwalk. Couldn't be happier with this place! Can't wait till next summer!

Enjoyed our stay. Kevin is wonderful to work with and is very willing to help out where he can. The bed was very comfortable. Though we didn’t use the pool it looked very clean and there always seemed to be lounge chairs open. Overall very quiet. Very conveniently located…the Seaside boardwalk was within walking distance. There is a CVS and large Acme food store right there too. My only suggestion is to upgrade carpets. Other than that, we hope to come again next year. Thanks Kevin for always being ready to answer all my questions.

Cute Condo

This is a cute little spot to hang your hat for vacation. The kitchen had all appliances, coffee makers, blender, pots and pans. It was an end unit so you feel like you have a little more privacy. The pool is clean, plus, not a lot of people used the area so you have your privacy. There are two grills you can use as well (and they were always available when we wanted to use them). Very close walk to Seaside Heights boardwalk and beach. Short walk to Ortley beaches as well. Laid back area, quiet and those we encountered were very nice. I would recommend!

Perfect getaway

The rental was perfect for me and my young son. Everything was clean and as expected. The pool was great and location of the private beach was great too. Will definitely look to rent here again!

Perfect Socially Distanced Beach Vacation

This rental provided everything my family of 3 needed for an amazing beach getaway during the current COVID-19 pandemic. The unit was clean and fully stocked with cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, etc. The pool was always monitored, always clean, and never crowded. It was so easy to remain 6 feet from anyone else in the pool - even on the Fourth of July. We always got chairs, tables, and lounge chairs - spaced out at least 6 feet. The tables/chairs always looked clean, but there were also cloths and disinfectant spray to wipe down before and after using, as well as hand sanitizer at every table. And the best part - the PRIVATE BEACH just a block away!!! Even on the Fourth of July, it wasn’t crowded and everyone had at least 6 feet of space between them. We could see the mass of umbrellas over at the public beaches, and it felt so nice to not have to deal with that. We love the location and plan to return next year! Thank you Kevin for renting out such an amazing spot and for the great communication. It couldn’t have gone any more smoothly!

Great location in private beach!

This is a great apartment, very close to a private beach. The apartment is great size for a couple and is well equipped. The pool in the complex is very nice, can get a bit crowded on the weekends, but was great to have. I had some issues contacting the property owner via the homeaway app, but he was super responsive via SMS or phone.
