Guests must agree to the Municipality of Northern Bruce Bylaw prior to check-in information being released. Owner Rules 1. Pets must be declared and the fee paid for. 2. Absolutely no noise or parties of any kind after 10 pm. 3. Keep pets on a leash at all times and clean up after. 4. Any damage must be reported and compensated. 5. Do not park on the septic and treat septic instructions seriously. 6. Acts of God: absolutely no refund or discount will be offered for power outages, storms or any act out of control of the Owners. 7. Take care of your garbage according to the house instructions before leaving. 8. No smoking or vaping on the property. 9. Good vibes only. Our property management team works hard to ensure you have a good stay. Please treat them with respect at all times.
10. ALL pets must be declared and pet fee paid in advance of stay.
