Very unclean,horrible area was worried I was gonna get robbed at any moment,bar next to the home extremly loud,easy check in.

You actually never arrived and then tried to get a refund for a very clearly non-refundable reservation. Before you leave such a crazy review, you should check in and speak with the host about your concerns. Retaliation through a review is a weird practice.
