The property offers a peaceful private bay on the Colorado river with amenities like a community boat dock less than a half a block away and your own dock for boats and watercraft. large area with portable fire pit to hang out. AC/heater, hair dryer, washing machine, heating, iron, and WiFi. With 3 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower, guests can relax and unwind in this fantastic space.
