The condo was just beautiful, clean and spacious.

It was the perfect home away from home. The description of the condo was exactly the way it was described on line such as, the amenities, location, layout and more!! The owner Phil was just amazing and he responded to all my calls and answered all my questions I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking about vacationing in Florida.

Clean, nicely furnished, great area.

We felt at home in this comfortable, well furnished well equipped condo, where we stayed for 2 months. Phil is friendly and responsive. The area is safe and superb for walking, and it has the only 'really good park' we've found in Boca and Deerfield Beach. The only caveat is that for long term stays one bedroom doesn't have much wifi and you'll have to work with yours and the local post office for timely mail delivery should you need it, though Amazon delivery worked fine.

There were fleas but landlords took action quickly

The place on the outside looks run down but the inside is nicer than expected. There have been updates made to the inside. Everything worked well and I had a great experience besides the bugs. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom sink area and I found fleas across the apartment (which the landlord said were just ants…). Nevertheless, they sent out an exterminator quickly and resolved the issue. The landlords are extremely attentive and responsive and live close to the property which is nice.

Great for temporary work location

Excellent location for my most recent assignment and spacious enough to accommodate me in a working environment. Rear sliding door needs attention. Beds are not that comfortable. Bring your own towels.

Thank you, Laine for your response. I am sorry but minor things like this sometimes happen. You know I am right here next door. Please do not hesitate to ask me for an extra set of towels or get the sliding door back on track or replace the mattress if it's not good..
