A casa fica localizado em um excelente condomínio, na beira do mar, tem um baita potencial a propriedade, porém a estrutura da casa deixa a desejar, muito mofo e utensílios que não estão bons, precisava de uma boa manutenção

Boa localização mas limpeza ruim

A casa é muito bem localizada porém alguns pontos deixam muito a desejar Roupas de cama com cheiro de mofo, sujas e rasgadas Sala sem ar condicionado e com sofá desconfortável Banheiro do segundo andar com piso soltando e sem funcionar água quente Não tivemos problema com o dono e o mesmo pareceu bem exigente, porém nos entregou a casa carecendo de manutenção.

Estivemos no imóvel do Sr. Alberto, para passar o final de semana do dia 10 de setembro. Uma casa bem gostosa, com tudo funcionando, quarto e sala bem distribuídos e o melhor, casa pé na areia mesmo, bem o que procurávamos! Sr. Alberto muito atencioso desde o primeiro contato. Obrigado pela paciência e atenção. Voltaremos com certeza...

Decepção total

A casa não corresponde, nem de longe, ao anúncio. A casa está velha e mal cuidada. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado da sala e de um dos quartos não funcionaram. As pastilhas dos banheiros estão todas caindo, o que fez com que meu marido e meu sobrinho cortassem os pés. A descarga de um dos banheiros pifou. A churrasqueira portátil é horrível, pequena e toda enferrujada. A casa por fora tem esquadrias de madeira todas podres. Os utensílios, lençóis e toalhas são todos velhos e de má qualidade. Não tem coberta no tamanho das camas, sendo todas de solteiro. A parede azul da sala está se desfazendo, caindo areia no chão. O chuveiro elétrico de uma das suítes pifou. Toda a instalação elétrica é muito velha, o que dificultou o conserto do chuveiro pelo rapaz enviado pelo dono. A vista que aparece nas fotos não corresponde totalmente à verdade, pois se vê um estaleiro bem na lateral direita da casa. Enfim, foi uma decepção total.

Casa linda com uma incrível vista para o mar, literalmente com pé na areia, super bem cuidada, com todos os utensilios, louças, eletrodomésticos, toalhas, roupas de cama, um deck delicioso com toda a estrutura, super agradável na área externa da casa, uma ducha ótima, tudo perfeito e necessário para uma perfeita estadia! Muito segura com vigilantes na areia e espalhados por todo o condomínio. A piscina, academia e salão de jogos ficam na área comum do condomínio, localizada a cerca de 200 metros da casa, porém num lugar muito agradável, bem conservado com uma vista incrível para esta maravilhosa orla particular. Super recomendo e agradecemos ao Sr. Alberto por toda hospitalidade e gentileza.! E esperamos voltar muitas vezes.

A casa perfeita em Angra

A casa do Sr Alberto é realmente maravilhosa. Limpa, confortável e pé na areia da praia. A praia é frequentada basicamente pelos moradores do condomínio e é muito segura, contando com a Vigilância de segurança 24h. A praia é limpa e muitíssimo calma , adequada para crianças. A casa é muito bem equipada tem vários utensílios e eletrodomésticos. A decoração da casa é de super bom gosto, com ótimos mobiliarios, proporcionando todo conforto necessário para uma hospedagem perfeita. A casa tem WIfi e ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Dispõe ainda de caiaque e Stand Up Paddle que se tornam um diferencial. Realizar as refeições no deck, em frente ao mar, tornam a estadia ainda mais agradável. Sr Alberto é um hóspede absolutamente cuidadoso e gentil. Fez questão de nos dar boas vindas e esteve a disposição o tempo todo para qualquer suporte que se fizesse necessário. Só temos a agradecer. Certamente nos hospedaremos novamente. Recomendadíssimo!!!

Estadia perfeita

A casa fica num condomínio muito tranquilo, com poucas casas e uma praia quase privativa. Tem tudo o que você precisa para uma excelente estadia, de utensílios de cozinha à caiaque e cadeiras de praia. Percebe-se que é uma casa tratada com amor e carinho. Não pudemos desfrutar do condomínio pois a maior parte estava fechada em função da covid-19, mas percebe-se que é um condomínio muito organizado. Até mesmo gelo podemos solicitar. A casa estava muito limpo, possui 4 quartos muito bons e a planta da casa favorece a você apreciar o mar. A hospitalidade e recepção do Sr. Alberto foi muito cordial, assim como toda a comunicação com ele. Como pontos de melhoria, sentimos apenas falta de um escorredor de louça e ter detergente disponível na casa. Agradeço a oportunidade de desfrutar de lugar tão agradável.

Tranquilidade e pé na areia

O proprietário, Sr. Alberto, e sua esposa são muito atenciosos. A casa está bem conservada, a localização é privilegiada e a segurança do condomínio faz a diferença. Contratamos um passeio de barco, que nos pegou dentro do condominio.

Estivemos hospedados em família nesta casa em janeiro de 2018. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Alberto e sua esposa, eles foram muito atenciosos conosco! A casa é agradabilíssima, confortável, segura ( condomínio com seguranças) , pé na areia, na praia do Café , que é uma Praia limpissima e muito gostosa. O condomínio é ótimo!!! Recebemos também recomendação e contratamos uma excelente funcionária e cozinheira (Vania) . Fizemos passeios maravilhosos pelas praias e ilhas da região. Enfim, foram realmente dias especiais e inesquecíveis . Pretendemos voltar! Quem pretende alugar um lugar especial p curtir a família , recomendamos está linda casa!
