Media District vacation rentals

We had an overall great stay in Burbank, California. The property how to mince these such as shampoo, soap, dish, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent, that we were not expected to have, which was a pleasant surprise, it was conveniently located to the highways and attractions and restaurants. Parking was on the street and easy to reach. (word to the wise, be sure to read the parking zone signs on the street ;). Art the owner was always timely in his response to our communication and questions.

We had a great trip. The apartment is nice, and being able to cook our own meals was key. There is an easy access Trader Joe’s in between Universal and the apartment. Everything is clean and as described in the listing/photos. We plan to visit again.

This is a wonderful property - everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Modern, spacious, loved the outdoor area, very well equipped, great location within easy walking distance to groceries, CVS and Donut Prince! We hope to stay here again when we return to Burbank.

Convenient location, parking was a breeze, loved the gated courtyard entrance, definitely made me feel safe.I loved the overall feel of the neighborhood, beautiful and next to no noise. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and right next to WB Studios. Great communication, will definitely be staying again the next time i'm in town. Thank you Jen and Fern!

Staying at Chateau chi chi was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about my experience was top-notch. The property itself was beautiful and had a cozy atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and created a warm and inviting ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout features was the convenient parking. Finding a parking spot was a breeze, allowing me to easily come and go without any hassle. Moreover, the location of the property was excellent. It was situated close to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, making it convenient for dining out and enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Throughout my stay, the host and their team were incredibly hospitable and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend chateau chi chi to anyone looking for a memorable vacation rental experience. With its beautiful decor, convenient parking, and proximity to restaurants and coffee shops, it offers everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Walkable to Toluca Lake restaurants and neighborhood. Quiet. Stayed here previously. Would stay again.

This adorable casita is strategically built in a beautiful historic home allowing both the guest and the homeowner their own space and privacy. The property is well maintained and all the instructions are easy and clear throughout the whole process. Host(s) we’re welcoming and friendly and we felt safe in the neighborhood, conveniently located within two miles of universal studios and Warner Bros. The space is suitable for a small family, a couple, or friends traveling together as it includes a queen bed and a petite twin bed futon (in my case it was myself and my adult nephew) I would book this again in a heartbeat should I be staying in the area again.

Stayed here once before and absolutely loved it!! Easy access to anywhere in the area. Moments away from WB studios. Clean and updated apartment with all the amenities as if you were in your own home. We always check here first before booking anywhere else. Love it!
