This is our 3rd stay at these properties and it is a great location for visits to Warner Bros, Universal Studios, La Brea Tar Pits, Shopping in Burbank, and withing 1/2 hour of downtown LA for museums. The apartments are VERY well appointed with all you need for your stay and very clean. Seems like a very safe neighborhood. I only took off one point because the mattress in this unit is starting to sag. I am sure the host will replace it soon, as we've never had an issue in any of the other units in this property.

My family and I have been staying here for about 10 years when, we visit the Los Angeles area. We enjoy the proximity to the shopping @ Downtown Burbank.
