Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off propane, oven, microwave, ice maker, and any other amenities that are for temporary use.
Set hot tub to 101 degrees and ensure lid is secure.
Set thermostat to 76 degrees in summer and 66 degrees in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
