Owned by dog lovers, this rare gem welcomes all breeds, sizes and up to 3 dogs per family. Have more than 3 dogs? The homeowners are open to discussing additional accommodations. Situated on a very large lot in the Erma section of Lower Township, this newly updated group-friendly vacation rental features a brand new 6-foot vinyl fully fenced in yard and a large patio, offering you a private and secure outdoor entertainment space for your crew and four-legged friends alike. Relax with peace of mind while your guests and pup(s) play safely. Nearby, the Cold Spring bike path provides access to local breweries, wineries, and the famous Cape May County Zoo. The home’s covered front porch with outdoor seating leads into a split- level layout. A short flight of stairs brings you to the open-concept main living area, featuring a large living room, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with a dining area, coffee bar, center island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The French doors open to the expansive back yard, complete with a new patio, propane fire pit, outdoor games, and a storage shed equipped with beach gear.The ground level, which is accessed by two steps, includes a bonus room with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, a private bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower stall. Great place with lots of room inside and out. Being a dog friendly house means there will be dog hair floating around. Not bad but worth mentioning. Close to everything you could need. Definitely recommend.

The house is beautifully maintained, and comfortably accommodated my group of 7, 3 dogs. For those looking for dog friendly accommodations, this is the spot! The yard has a secure privacy fence, and plenty of room for zoomies. The outdoor lighting is also a plus, whether its for dining outside, or keeping an eye on the fur babies. The management company was quick to respond when we had questions, and the check in/out process was quick and easy. 10/10. We can't wait to come back next year!

First time using VRBO

It was a bit overwhelming but Desatnick Realty Group and Carly made sure our questions were answered. The listing on VRBO did not match exactly from the house rules. However, the differences were actually in our favor. The listing on VRBO stated that there were no towels or linens but the house provided more than enough linens, towels, cleaning materials. The house really catered to pets. They provided toys, crates, gates, poop bags. Everything was less then 20 minutes away. There were security cameras in the front of the house which made us feel secure since its a different neighborhood
