Cozy Easter Weekend Getaway

Well maintained and clean property. A great size for our family and love the fenced in private backyard. The walk to the beach is easily manageable, but further than we anticipated. Overall a good stay!

We had a great stay at the Villas! Lovely home in a quiet area that was close to everything we wanted to see in Cape May! Our pup enjoyed the fenced-in yard and walking along the beach at the bay. Denise was a great host, house was very clean, bed was comfy, and we were surprised and happy to see that dog treats & bowls were provided! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Easter break getaway!

Our family had an excellent time at the Blissful Bayside Cottage. The house is stocked with everything and owner very responsive. The cottage is also a short walk to the bay beach, 5 minutes drive to great deli, restaurants and ice cream! And only 15 mins to Cape May. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again!!

Great Getaway!

Ideal dog-friendly beach location

This is our second stay at this property and we chose it primarily because it is very dog-friendly with a completely fenced in back yard and walking distance to the bay beaches, which allow dogs until 11:00 am and after 4:00pm. We also really enjoy the fire pit as well as the new outdoor shower, which quickly became our primary shower.

Wonderful & relaxing

Blissful Bayside Cottage was a lovely little place to stay for the week. Very clean and well kept property! We picked it because it was one of the few locations we found that was not only dog friendly but didn’t have any size or weight limits. We thought the treat jar for “good dogs” was a very nice little touch! Would for sure stay again and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a vacation rental on the bay.

Long weekend

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. I've been coming to Cape May for my entire life and it is always nice to be there. The yard was safe and fenced for our dog, the house even had some dog toys and milk bone treats! Very nice house!

Getaway with our dogs

This was a lovely week away with our two dogs. The property was perfect, as the fenced in yard was completely enclosed so we could let our pups out. The fire pit was a nice surprise as it kept us warm on several nights. And just a short walk to the beach, we could let our dogs swim and run every morning. And you simply can't beat the sunsets. Great property, great location, and great host.

Awesome stay

This property was perfect for my family of three and our two chihuahuas. It’s located on a quiet street and a short walk to the bay. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fans are quiet and clean. (The fans are a big pet peeve of mine) Being able to open the sliders and let our puppies run and play was so convenient. I definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a stay away from the busy towns

Comfortable and Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and it was the perfect space for our family and our dog. We’ve been coming to Cape May for a few years now and it was our first time staying on the bayside, which was such a nice treat to be so close to it - Cape May sunsets are just amazing. Great place in Cape May

Great place for our family of 4 and two 25lb dogs. It was just as described and was very clean. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was a plus! We liked that we could easily walk to the bay to see the sunset. It was such a short and easy drive to anything we wanted to see. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Awesome... Quiet Street... Kids loved it!!

Great place.... Take your own pillows.... And ground coffee.... We brought the pigs, but luckily there was coffee in the cupboard to get us through the morning. Overall... Great time.

Great place for you and dogs--Cape May area

Could not be more convenient...near groceries and restaurants not in Cape May, but close. Fenced yard, high fence. I traveled with my two energetic (short-haired, 50 lbs) shepherd mixes...3 bedrooms, everything that you need. Clean! Bay at the end of the long and lovely residential block:) Thank you, Denise!

Warm, welcoming beach home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Very clean, updated and had everything you need at your fingertips. We have two small dogs who had a blast running in the backyard ( they are apartment dogs ). We loved the lock feature on the front door which made it easy to come and go without worrying about keys. If I had to say one small critique about the property it would be the backyard furniture ( lounge chairs in particular ) were dirty and pretty beat up. We love lounge chairs but were not comfortable using them in that condition.

One level ranch with two fenced in yards for kids and fur babies alike. House is spacious, yet cozy, close to both Cape May and Wildwood. Can walk down the block to the bay beach and watch the sunset every night.
