We ended up leaving after one night of a two night stay and paying for a hotel room due to people partying in the complex and noise. Do not recommend, especially with children. Parking lot also had a lot of broken glass at one of the entrances.

Had a little trouble with the initial access to the property but I think that was mostly my fault not the owners. Neighborhood it was not the best but it looks like it's under a lot of restoration so as time passes it should get better and better. The apartment was very cute well appointed washer dryer did not work but we didn't care cuz we didn't need it for just one night stay. There were a few issues for a couple of items but communication with the owner was excellent she was very polite very kind
