11/10 experience! The host was extremely accommodating, inviting, responsive, and kind to my party and me. The property is in the heart of Pasadena, in a residential area, within walking distance of Vroman's Bookstore and the Playhouse! The host replied within 1 hour, even during ungodly times of the day, whenever we had a request or question. They were extremely understanding and accommodating of our request for a change of lock and parking. The unit itself was provided with cleaning supplies, toiletries, a washer and dryer, utensils, and other necessary supplies.My roommates and I had a sour experience with a previous host who cancelled our accommodation at the very last minute. Looking back, I'm glad she did because this unit and the host, Mariah, were way beyond our expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I could write an entire thesis paper on why if I had the time, so TLDR: Please stay at this property if you're looking for a place in Pasadena! Great value for price, very spacious for 4 people, great area and best host ever :)
