We loved this condo! It was spacious and comfortable. The view was of the beach and pool. We will be back!

Beautiful kept property. Very clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The owner kept in touch before, during and after our stay. She provided exceptional service and we'll be back again to listen to the sound of ocean waves as we drift off to sleep in a very comfortable bed.

This is perhaps the most beautiful place we have ever been to! Nothing like watching the sunrise every morning! The beach is glorious! The condo is perfect and everything we needed and more was provided. We also loved the pool and grill areas. An added bonus was a carport. WE WILL RETURN!

Loved everything about this rental!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, perfect for two. The owners have thought of everything. All the little extras that make your experience even nicer. Coffee pods, creamers, waters, a few little snack paks. Nice beach cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. The shower is wonderful, with nice soft towels and a soft bath mat — no scrimping here. The owners supplied the bathroom with a few rolls of toilet paper, small bars of soap, very nice smelling single size shampoos and conditioners, cotton balls and Q-tips. The kitchen has more utensils and cooking items than about any place we’ve stayed at and we’ve been renting different condos down in Sanibel for over 30 years. The bed is nice and comfortable and AC works great! You only need to walk across A1A at the traffic light which gives you a safe cross walk, down the sidewalk down to the beach ramp and you’re on the beach. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions or requests. The door has an electronic lock so no need to go pick up keys and no keys to accidentally lose. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back again next year for sure!!

A wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed. The only flaw was the property didn't have access to the beach because the seawall and stairs were being repaired. Hopefully next time they will be all done

The unit is very well equipped and comfortable! Patio has a nice view of the ocean. Beach and pool access are easy. Kitchen has all the essentials. Cleanliness is great! And Stacey, the owner, is an excellent communicator. We spent a wonderful week there!

We had a lovely stay. The condo is so beautifully decorated in beach colors -- sand & aqua, with little pops of soft greenery. It felt so serene. Plus the condo is extremely well appointed with everything we needed from the kitchen to games to beach equipment. Unfortunately the weather was initially quite cool and overcast, with some rain, but we did have some glorious days. The owners put out Christmas decorations, which was so thoughtful. I really appreciated that homey and welcoming touch for our first Christmas traveling. New Smyrna Beach is a fabulous little town. Also don't miss going to the Canaveral Park -- it is so close and an incredible experience. Miles of undeveloped gorgeous beaches plus little trails on the inlet side.

This condo was far beyond my best hopes, dreams, and expectations! I was extremely comfortable from the moment I arrived until the very sad moment I had to leave. It was like living in my own loving home, not “just a place to stay.” The condo had everything I needed, and more, and was decorated beautifully and so clean! The ocean views were magnificent, being able to see it from almosr every room and the private patio! The sounds of the ocean were mesmerizing, and gave me a priceless calmness and peacefulness! Each day was different, as sunrise was spectacular from the condo. Being on the first floor made me feel like I was on the beach constantly! The location was perfect! The ocean was right outside the back doors, and it was an easy walk to the nearby Riverside, full of hiking trails, kayaking, dolphin and manatee watching possibilties. A short car or bike ride or even walk took me to Flagler St and all the charming shops, etc. It was in easy distance to anything! Last, but certainly not least, were the wonderful owners! They were extremely nice and incredibly prompt in responding to any questions! The on-site property manager was also very helpful and friendly whenever I needed him! I cannot rate this condo high enough. I stayed for the month of Dec and must say it was the one of the best Christmases and trips I have ever had! The whole experience was perfect! I plan to go there again! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your amazing condo!
