Welcome to our brand-new 3-bedroom townhome in Millville, crafted in 2025 by a skilled three-generation family team of Grandpa, Father, and Son. Perfect for families or groups of up to 8, this cozy retreat offers 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 bathrooms with showers.

Relax with modern comforts like a fully outfitted kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, and fast Starlink Wi-Fi (note: calls are Wi-Fi only). Unwind indoors with board games, a ping pong table, a 75" smart TV with Fubo TV subscription, or a soothing session in the 3-person sauna. Fire up the Traeger wood pellet grill for a delicious BBQ on the patio.

Step outside, and you’re across from the scenic Zumbro River, where our family owns a charming 15-unit campground. It was a very spacious open and cozy home. They had everything we needed right there and allowed our pet to travel with us. Jennifer and Brian were timely in answering question and they provide a binder with almost any question you might have. The location is quiet and allows for use of their campground space across the road. We wouldstay there again.
