Welcome to our pet-friendly home in the Legacy Resort golf course community, just half a mile from Potholes State Park! Ideal for hunters and anglers, enjoy bass, walleye, and trout fishing, or hunt for waterfowl and upland birds. Explore Potholes Reservoir’s boating, hiking, and birdwatching, or hit the nearby golf course. After your adventures, relax in our fully equipped 3-bedroom home, each room themed after a favorite game bird. You'll find ample parking (garage, driveway, and gravel lot), a kitchen with all essentials—including a waffle maker for our famous Game Bird Getaway waffles (BYOEggs!)—and a cozy living area with space for games, puzzles, or movies. Outside, soak up the sun on the patio or walk your dogs in the back field. Whether you stay in or explore, the Game Bird Getaway is your perfect outdoor retreat!

Peace and quiet!

The house is new and very comfortable. Just up from the reservoir and on a golf course. The bed in the master was like sleeping in the clouds.
